Thiamin
Thiamin is a vitamin which your body needs daily. Thiamin is not manufactured by the body and needs to be absorbed from your daily food intake.
You have to eat an estimated 3 cups of peas every day to get the same amount of Thiamin which is in your daily 2-ounce serving of Vemma.
Some people believe that you only have to eat your oatmeal everyday and some of the oher healthy thiamin rich sources of Thiamin, but Thiamin is so scarce that even in the foods that are rich of Thiamin you have to eat so much of that food that it isn’t even funny. By eating foods that actually contain a little bit of Thiamin, you will effectively prevent the biggest Thiamin deficiancy related deseases, but your body will be running on low all the way.
It is not good to run your body on low Thiamin resources as a link between a Thiamin deficiency and colon carcinogenesis has been suggested (Marginal dietary thiamin deficiency induces the formation of colonic aberrant crypt foci (ACF) in rats).
For optimum efficiency and to prevent a Thiamin deficiency you need to supplement your diet with the daily dose of liquid nutrition your body needs.
